Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to call the carrier you have/had with the number you want to transport to the other phone. Generally your previous carrier with give you a cancellation “pin" number that you will give to your provider of the new phone you want to have your old number transferred too. I will tell you it has bern a nightmare engaging with "Lively Customer service people" to get a plan set up, activate the phone and transporting my phine number from previous phone to the latest phone. The representatives have kept trying to sell additional health service plans linked to the phone. Very pushy. Horrible call line connection with several different representatives. They were unable to clearly explain all the charges that amounted to a lot more than I wanted. Double check your invoices, when you get the bill. You will find wrong additional charges. Call back if the number you wanted transported has occured. Just keep calling the customer service number until you get someone that knows what they are doing. Eventually you will get the right person.
