• Blue Tooth ALONE is not sufficient for most hearing aids - need telecoil comaptibility (most hearing aids have) and must be RATED T4 and M4,

• Thank you for your question. The Jitterbug Smart 3 phone is Bluetooth compatible and may be able to be paired with hearing aids via the feature. We suggest you check with the hearing aid manufacture for compatibility requirements.
