Have you tried resetting by holding down gold tab @ bottom @ on/off button @ tab @ same time for 10 seconds. If that does not work you may have to call GreatCall & have them troubleshoot the device with you does take some time but does help determine if determine if it needs to be replaced. Hope this helps.
