“Can I call or can I ask Lively to call the Mobile Plus. If my wife wander, I can find her with the app but could I call if she doesn't have her Lively Smartcell or can I call Lively to call her to see if she's ok?”

• This is a great question! The Lively Mobile Plus can only receive calls from our Urgent Response agents. The best way to check on your wife is to use the Lively app to verify her location.
