• Yes, it works wherever you have cell phone coverage as it uses the cell towers for it's connection. If you live in an area that has poor cell coverage, then you may be limited to the locations where it will work properly.

• Yes it does it uses a GPS signal to locate where you are if you are not in one of your locations you sent when you sent to GreatCall when you activated your device or set up GreatCallLink app on your mobile phone. Hope this helps
