Calls from a Lively Mobile2 are answered by the special Urgent Response department. The calls do not go directly to 911. Our advisors field many types of calls and partner with users' local EMS dispatch on their behalf when necessary. (Medical, auto emergencies, lockout/locksmith needs, call an emergency contact for user. Needs big and small.)
