• Yes, plus there is an activation fee. Activation Fee = $25.00 Base monthly fee = $24.99 includes Urgent Nursing Fall Detection Monthly fee= $9.99 Paper Billing Discount= -$5.00 Total Monthly cost = $29.98 No Long Term Contracts.

• Yes, monthly fees are required. The standard plan is $25/month and the Premium plan is $35/month (adds nurse-on-call and care advocate). If you want fall detection, that's another $10/month. This is according to their website as of 3-12-2024
