“Just installed this lock and the auto lock feature was working but now it isn’t. Further the app is showing the door open when closed. I did remove the door sensors during installation because of my door trim but auto lock was working afte. Please help”

Same here. The auto lock has been broken almost since I got it a month ago. I've been working with support nearly daily without any progress.

It did state on the manual that some functions will not work properly if you remove the sensor strip.
