HOW ARE BATTERY RECHARGED null

The unit comes with 2 batteries so you always have an extra. They are charged via USB-C and I was able to just use a universal charger to quickly charge both of them.

Hello! Thanks for your question! Lockly Visage comes with two rechargeable lithium battery packs—and you only need one at a time. While one is in use, you can keep the other charged and ready to go. When the battery runs low, you’ll get a notification on your phone and directly on the lock, so you’ll always have time to swap it out. To recharge: 1. Slide out the battery pack from the inside unit. 2. Charge it using the included USB-C cable. 3. Pop it back in once it’s fully charged. Each battery lasts up to 6 months with normal use. Need help?
