“How do I open this? My cellphone mount is attached to the dashboard via the suction cup. I closed it and now I can't open it? I've tried prying with a screwdriver and it just won't budge.”

• Follow the directions exactly and turn the spindle in the correct direction it requires considerable Force. A screwdriver would be totally inappropriate. Use your thumb and index finger

• Turn the yellow knob counter clockwise to release the suction.

• Twist the yellow piece inside and the suction will release.

• Turn left the yellow lever. It is so simple. Turn right(Clockwise), locked, turn left, unlocked.

• Just pull down on top side and will angle to the degree you need it at

• You have to twist the green bar back to the open position to release the suction.
