I could not get the 4K Pro to work with Windows Hello in Windows 10. It seems to be a firmware problem.  It does work for some people but I believe it is a manufacturing problem.  It is confusing - why does it work for some and not others.  I will state that I did a lot of troubleshooting and worked with Logitech support over several days and it would not work.

Hey there. The Pro 4k isn't directly compatible with Windows 11 but that doesn't mean it won't work with it. It may still work, but you may lose some functionality in terms of features and software. -Weston from Logitech
