Yes, the people at Best Buy will help you set it up, however, there may be a charge, depending on what it is that you need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My Best Buy I go to offered to set it up. Also to move apps from my old one to the new one. But I did it my self. They said if I had trouble I could bring it back and they would help me. But I pay for yearly subscription to geek squad. And was no charge. Without having geek squad don't know what they charge.
