Why is it not working null

I have an ipad pro 10.5. inch. I powered it off various times and it’s still not working.

Hello Mons! The Combo Touch Keyboard Case should work with the following devices: iPad Air Gen 3, iPad Pro 10.5", or the iPad 7th Gen, so make sure you are using one of those devices first. Then, the Combo Touch Keyboard Case is powered by the iPad Smart Connector, so no Bluetooth connection required, it should be as easy as putting your iPad into the case, and using the keyboard with it. If it doesn't work right away, I would try shutting off and powering on your iPad again, that could help as well.
