• Hello, Elxna! If you have either the iPad Pro 9.7 or iPad Pro 12.9 models, the Crayon will work. Unfortunately, anything else before 2018 does not work with the Apple Pencil, as it is not built into the screen. The Crayon uses similar technology to the Apple Pencil, therefore the iPad must be compatible with the Apple Pencil for the Crayon to work. - Maggie from Logitech
