Yes it does. Just hold the "n" down and the ñ will appear above the "n" and you can move your finger up to choose it.

Yes - if you use the "option" key, then strike the n key, the tilde (˜) shows up. You can then strike the "N" key again and it shows up under the tilde (ñ). So it is not in a single key stroke, but it's very easy to use with 2 key strokes.

The previous answers are for the on screen keyboard. On the LOGI keyboard press and hold the Option Key and the N then press the N again and you Get ñ
