“I bought my CReate keyboard on June 2, . I loved it and it worked well. But, recently the hole that exposes the speaker on the ipad broke out and now the ipad won't stay secured in the case. Does the warranty cover it?”

The warranty may, but if you have the geek squad protection it will without a doubt. Check with the local store and see, they are usually good about helping and working with you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it occurred during the warranty period AND you haven’t dropped the unit, then it might be considered a manufacturing defect and be covered. IF you dropped it, or otherwise damaged it yourself, then it probably won’t be covered.

I think it was caused by my "popping" the iPad out when removing rather than sliding it down and out. It could be sturdier in that area, but regardless, go get a new one. Don't even mess around with the Apple keyboard, you'll hate it after using this one.
