make sure you update to the latest iOS version. I read up that logi create owners were having trouble with it on previous versions of iOS.

Make sure that the pegs are connected to the IPad. Won't work if it isn't making good connection.

There is no off button, The keyboard is powered by the IPad Pro. When the IPad connects to the keyboard the keyboard lights up and works.

The Logitech Create keyboard is powered by the iPad Pro through the Smart Connector. Make sure the connection is good and you shouldn't have a problem. If you continue to have the same issue you may have a bad keyboard.

No there's not. Keyboard will connect automatically once you insert your iPad Pro. I suggest for you to check that your iPad Bluetooth connection is turned on.

As long as you have bluetooth turned on it should automatically connect as long as the three connectors on the bottom edge are making contact with the three on the keyboard. Make sure the iPad Pro is still snug and alligned in the keyboard case. It can get misaligned after a lot of use and not make full contact with all three connectors. You should NOT have to sync the keyboard to the iPad Pro. It is not like previous iPads.

Most of the times it has just became unsynced with t g e bluetooth system of your ipad. Just Uninstal the Bluetooth item and then reinstall it.

Turn your blue tooth off and back on on the device you are using. This will activate the key board again.
