• What are you using it on, PC, Xbox, PS4? You may need to tweak that devices headphone output and make sure it's at 100% then use the slider on the wire to control the volume. Also make sure that it's not turned all the way down on the wire controls as that would come across as if you've cranked it on the hardware and still not hearing anything if that is turned way down possibly. • You have to be using the Logitech G Hub or you are not getting correct sound.
