• The band that goes over your head is adjustable in about every direction. It is very nice and the cable is at least 3 feet long or longer.

• Length is about 10 feet, plenty in my opinion. Head band is adjustable w metal strips that hold it.

• Yes the headband is definitely adjustable and I'd take a guess that the cord is about 10ft long.
