• Yes but you would need a 3.5mm Audio Y Splitter Cable. You won't get the 7.1 experience with the Xbox one.

• Technically, yes. They split into 2 different cords, 1 for sound and 1 for the mic and there's a USB included adapter that these 2 cords join to so you can connect them to a computer. If you ignore the adapter and just connect the sound cord to the Xbox One controller 3.5 jack, the sound works and sounds good. If you want sound/mic to work you may need to look into another adapter that will join the 2 cords into 1 single 3.5mm jack that you can plug into the Xbox One controller.
