• The headset comes with a dual female 3-pin 3.5mm jack to USB adapter, so I'm sure it should work granted you have a free USB port on your PS4. However, for the iPad, you will need to have a dual 3-pin female to 4 pin male adapter, as the headset uses separate jacks for headphones and microphone.

• Works fine for ps4. I doubt it would work for ipad straight out of the box, because the headset can be connected as a usb or as a two input jack.
