Q: QuestionI just bought this headset today and plugged it in. It's not nearly loud enough. I have the volume turned up all the way on the wheel and I have checked my settings on my pc. If so there something else I need to do? I have an IBUYPOWER PC.

Q: QuestionWould these work with cell phones with jacks? I would think so... I'm working from home and kinda hate trying to look client stuff up while juggling the phone. I use a higher end Logitech gaming set on my gaming system that has always sounded great.

Q: Questionhey so i just brought one for my ps4 these headsets and like the headphone work to hear the other players but the mic isn’t working ?? i’ve looked it up online and most people are saying i need a usb /adapter,do i need it or how do i fix it ??

• A:Answer It’s sounds as if headset is defective as you can hear people, but if mic isn’t working after you bring the mic piece down, then it’s unfortunately defective because It’s just a simple plug in headset through the 3.5 jack. I have the headset I would know! I don’t have a ps4 so I can’t confirm if a USB adapter is needed or not. Last thing I would do is do a mic test and plug it through your computer and see if the mic is detected when you plug into a laptop or desktop then you know if it’s truly defective or not.
