• That means you have to first make sure the USB port is powered, find something else that is USB powered, that you know works, and try that first.

• Hello, supreme! Usually, no light indicates that it is fully charged. If you haven't already, I would recommend downloading our G Hub software. This will allow you to see if it is in fact charging or not. If you do this and it is showing that it's not charging, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim. - Maggie from Logitech G
