It means the entire mouse must be one color. You can't vary the front from the back. You can choose any color on the palette for the entire mouse or pulsing, rainbow, etc.

Honestly, the RGB is not really worth having on because your hand will cover up the logo and it drains 8 hours of battery life.

Example: Teal, Blue, Purple, Red, Orange, Green, and then back to Teal. Plus it illuminates the battery life indicator with 3 green bars to indicate the length of life left before you need the next charge.
