QuestionHello, are there any plans to make these headphones with a USB-C instead of USB-A? I would like a new pair, I have an older pair that works great, but my newer laptop no longer has a USB-A port. Would prefer to skip getting an adapter if possible!

- Answer No, you need a usb port to plug them into. I'm sure someone makes a headset/mic combo for Apple products but this particular unit isn't it.

QuestionMy headset does not work generally with my computer, but if I'm in Zoom it works. Any ideas on why it is doing this? How do I get it to work all the time when it is plugged in?

QuestionI have a puppy that I have to crate while I’m working I started putting her in my bedroom of my 900sq foot apartment. She is a chihuahua and barks at nothing and everything. Will this drown out her barking or whimpering from the next room. She is spoiled.

- Answer I'm afraid not. I can hear the TV from the next room when it's at a reasonable sound level while wearing it. This is a cheap headset and for true noise canceling you need a serious headset with a much bigger price tag.

- Answer This headset has a USB-A connector (the wide, flat connector) and most MacBooks have this type of connector except for the newer ones which come with a USB-C connector (a narrow, slightly oval shaped connector). You'll need to check you model's specifications, or look at the sides of the computer, to see if it has the USB-A connector.
