• Hello Kate! Sorry to hear the back arrow isn't working on your Harmony 665 10-Device Universal Remote. Now I'm not sure if the arrow wasn't working previously or if it's just the programming of the remote, but I would contact your store and speak to the Geek Squad staff so they can help you out.
