• Mine works for everything but the Amazon fire stick. To use it with the fire stick you need the higher end model

• No, but it CAN eliminate all remotes that can use IR to communicate. It cannot eliminate remotes that use Bluetooth (such as PS4 and WI game systems) or RF; the Logitech Harmony remotes can output only IR.

• It does and works great. This is our second one. Wore out the DVR button with so much use after 4 years. First one we had geek squad programmed. This one we are doing. Be patient and follow directions. Hope this helps in your decision making.
