Mine works for everything but the Amazon fire stick. To use it with the fire stick you need the higher end model

No, but it CAN eliminate all remotes that can use IR to communicate. It cannot eliminate remotes that use Bluetooth (such as PS4 and WI game systems) or RF; the Logitech Harmony remotes can output only IR.

It does and works great. This is our second one. Wore out the DVR button with so much use after 4 years. First one we had geek squad programmed. This one we are doing. Be patient and follow directions. Hope this helps in your decision making.
