• Regarding your TCI TV, check Logitech's website which lists all devices this remote works with. If not listed, it is still possible it will work, but no guarantee. Regarding Direct TV satellite, yes, it works perfectly with my Direct TV. However, be forewarned that if your TCI TV broadcasts 4K, you may have to ask Direct TV to upgrade your cable box which is capable of 4K signal.
