Hi Genebob, Download and install the MyHarmony app from the Harmony website. It will ask you to add the devices you want to control. You will need manufacturer and model number. Hook up the included usb cable to the front of the remote and your computer. Then click the sync button in the upper-right corner. Most buttons will be auto-populated. There are instructions about how to configure unassigned buttons and create sequences if more than one command is needed to perform an action. Hope this gets you started. I really like this remote.
