Will this work on my Harmon kardon avi 200 reciever null

I don't know if that receiver is in it's catalog, but if you still have the remote for the receiver, then you can use the cloning mode where you tell this remote which button to program and then press the key on the original remote with the old remote pointing to the bottom (IR receiver) end of the Logitech remote. The sequence gets copied. You only have to do this if the receiver isn't in the catalog it has.
