Does it control a Visio sound bar? null

I’m not sure if you mean Vizio, but it should! This remote is capable of controlling so many remote devices. And if it isn’t in its online catalogue (which is immense), it can learn it.

I don't have a Visio sound bar, but when you set up the remote, it accesses a database of literally thousands of A/V manufacturers and models. I'm certain that it includes Visio products.
