When I programmed mine, it required the TV model numbers in addition to the brand but I don't know if that would have any real impact. The best option may just be to do something to block the line of sight to the TV you do not want it to affect.

The codes used to program the remote are often the same for the same manufacturer you are going to run into interference. If the TV's were far enough apart or separated by walls you could probably do it because the remote is IR.
