• Yup. Just gotta program, or point device remote at Logitech remote to learn functions. Must use a PC or MAC to program and/or learn functions.

• Yes, it will control your TV and Roku, not sure about the PS4, but I does work on my Xbox.....

• It will work with Spectra TV and Roy boxes. Harmony's support site says Sony doesn't allow non-PS remotes to control power on/off of the PS. We don't use the PS4 for a lot other than games, so I didn't explore how much of the PS4 it could control.
