There isn't a dedicated CC button. I did some searching on Harmony's website and there's no mention of setting a dedicated CC or "closed caption". What I did find for DirecTV (for example) I can click Guide, Ok, then arrow over to CC on the DirectTVs menu. The MyHarmony app does not have a ClosedCaption option for my Sharp TV by default. It does say I can teach it commands from my old remote. However, our puppy used the original remote as a chew toy, so I can't try it to say if that works or not.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your TV supports it, when you mute the volume, the CC should turn on. If not, when you set up the remote on your computer, you can set one of the buttons on the display to activate CC.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can set it as any of the top white buttons or any other button... go into programing, select change what a button does, select your device, on the right find the cc, click on it and drag it to an the button you want to use. Sinc the remote and your good to go. Hope that helps.
