“My Logitech 900 does not hold a charge and a replacement is hard to find. Any suggestions?”

• The 900 is far superior to this one. But the layout is similar and considering Logitech doesn't make the 900 or One anymore, this could be your best bet if you don't have a lot of devices or if you don't need RF anymore.

• CALL "LOGITECH" CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAIN. IN MY CASE THEY WERE ONLY TO EAGER TO HELP. THEY GAVE ME A CASE NUMBER TO FOLLOWUP WITH AFTER THEY TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM. IF YOU NEED A NEW ONE TRY THE NEW HARMONY 700, WORKS GREAT FOR ME.
