• The setup app does have functionality to migrate programming.

• The app recognized that I had a Harmony 650 previously and indicated that it would import my devices and activities. However it only brought over the devices. I had to manually recreate the activities.

• I was able to copy programming for an 880 to mine, I don't se why you wouldn't be able to do so.

• I believe so, I logged into my logitech account and it copied all of my prior programmed devices automatically.
