Harmony remotes generally give you a help button. If you can access it I would start there. If you have already done that then that leaves you with two options. Get geek squad to come and fix it but this time make sure they are better instructors. Or you can contact logistic. The few times I had to they were great. I was still learning and this poor guy was on the phone for over an hour with me but we got it. Finally. Another time they found my 880 to be defective and had a new one in my hand within a couple of days!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I sounds like it is telling you to swipe the screen to get back to one of the other control screens. My set up has three control screens, one for combinations of devices, one for each individual device and one numerical control screen for punching in channel numbers. There is also the guided help option that will normally get you what you need to have working on these pages. Hope this helps.
