• Hello, the Harmony Elite does not feature direct voice controls, you can pair it an Alexa device to use voice controls through that system.

• From Alexa...Maybe and sometimes. The interface requires extremely exact language. Mine works 50% while the TV is on. Directly, no it has no voice commands. I don't know if you can buy only the remote. Check the website.
