Yes, each TV location with it's own hub. You can use a single tablet to control either of them by switchin to another hub.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes unless you have a very sophisticated AV installation with centralized sources and AV routing over IP. Very few homes are setup with a video matrix switch/router so I asume you have 3 different stand alone AV systems in the three rooms. You will need on remote/hub for each room. If you do not have more than three sources into one of the rooms look up the cheaper remotes/hubs from Harmony line. Some you can buy for about $70.00

If they all use one set of equipment, then one hub will do it but you will have to walk room to room with remote. If you have that size home I would recommend just using 3 of the remotes.
