• Hello The only thing I can think of is to try the Samsung remote that came with the soundbar and see if it works correctly. If it does then you may have to connect the remote to your computer again and resync the remote like you did when you originally set up the remote for your equipment. • You can try updating the firmware by connecting the remote to your computer. After that try move your hub in front of one the devices. Hopefully you'll be good to go.
