Can this be used to control a PS3? null

Apparently Harmony can control Ps3 to some extent as indicated here: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/harmony-experience-with-playstation-3

Yes. We use it to turn our Xbox on and off through the Google Home

Yes since the hub supports Bluetooth. You will need to pair the hub with your PS3, but only once. Works great!
