“Can the harmony hub control 2 identical Samsung smart TVs that are right next to each other separately using wifi or blurthooth or something other than IR? If controlling them with only IR it will send the command to both TVs at the same time.”

You can control both TVs separately if you program them as a tv 1 and a tv 2 setting but the ir will need to be used on 1 as a blocker to cover the sensor and block the identical signal

Then you can make sure the tape (electrical tape would work) does not allow the signal to escape the IR sensor of the tv it’s attached to. Then you can tell the hub which IR repeater (Plugged into port A or B) to send a signal to and label it according to the TV you want to control.
