• Not by itself. It only sends IR signals and needs to be paired with the Harmony remote app on a phone or tablet to be able to use voice commands. Also, If you have a smart speaker like a Google Home or Amazon Echo and the Harmony Hub is linked to it, you can use voice commands.

• The Harmony Hub does not have voice commands or interaction built into it. It can however leverage Alexa skills, so if your Sony TV has an Alexa App with those capabilities it might be possible.
