“battery i cant figure out how to get the battery pack open.”

• It is kind of hard, you have to pushed downward the upper cover at the lower end of the remote where the battery sticker was, right below the number keys. I use my thumb nail to pry out the cover right between the space where the cover meets the remote while pulling the cover out, it came out very easy after that.

• the cover is located in the front bottom. Use our thumbs to push it. Hope this helps.
