“HELP Does this remote have a "help" button? I have a harmony 900 (which I loved), anytime I was having trouble the help button got me out of it.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This remote does have a "Help" feature that works the same way, however it is NOT a physical button. It's LCD screen is actually a touch screen and has a button in the lower right of the screen that you touch and then it brings up additional options, one of which is the help button. I used to use a Harmony 880, similar to the 900, and the new one works the same way, although it does offer more features and responds faster.

The Help menu item is not as handy as the Harmony 890 button is. You have to press the touch screen several times to get to the menu item when the screen is off.
