• I now know, best way to skip through DVD trailers with 'Harmony Ultimate'; simply press 'channel changer' button, until you see a trailer you wish to view, or the MOVIE.

• The FFWD and REWD buttons double as Prev and Next buttons. Hold down the fast forward button until you get the “haptic” feedback (the buzzing sensation).and it should skip to the next chapter/section.

• I simply fast forward at the top of the remote. There may be a more elegant way, but that's how I do it
