• Perhaps the power supply got zapped when the electricity came back on. Does the charger appear to be charging? IF not it may be that simple. Also, have you tried re-programming it on your computer? The surge may have knocked out the programming. Those are my two suggestions. If you bought the warranty from Geek Squad have them fix it. Good luck.
