Can this remote be used for separate, identical model TV's in the room? Think about a sports bar with multiple identical model TV's lined up on the wall and you want to be able to change channels on just one of the TV's using this remote. Can that be done?

Yes, the way it works is by using IR. Basically what that means is that you have to keep the remote focused on the TV when you want to control it. If the other TV is on a different wall and not in the general direction it will not be able to detect the commands and will control only the one. IF they are next to each other you will have issues.

Yes you can do that. Just plug in your remote to your computer, download the software for that specific TV and all you will have to do is to switch from tv to tv from the remote lcd control center.
