It should with no problems. If you are just looking to control the sound bar this would be an expensive solution. If you want to control your entire AV system this should meet your needs. I use mine to control the TV, the Sound Bar, the Cable Box, and the DVD. This remote can be configured to do what you want to do by just selecting one item on the touchscreen. For example to watch TV I just select that. The remote turns on the TV, The Cable Box, and The Sound Bar. When watching TV the remote controls the channel and the volume just by using the buttons on the remote.
