If you have the smart hub and the keyboard it is a little tricky to set up the remote as you need to reset the hub completely and update the firm ware (done by plugging the hub into your computer and connecting to you Logitech harmony account) once the hub is updated then you can program the profile, your old settings have an option to copy to a new device, mine didn't work well so i had to do a full reprogram, but you may have better luck.

Carefully check the prices for the One and compare them to the cost of a new/warrantied Ultimate. I tried this method before buying the Ultimate model - I think its well worth the upgrade: it works flawlessly for me.
